ABOUT US

We are Dale and Pauline Respress-Jones and we are each a product of two southern mamas. My mom from Milledgeville, GA and his mom from Roberta, GA. Both of our moms were single mothers who gave us the best life that they were capable of giving us. Our mothers were not of great means but made the best out of everything that they had, giving us both an appreciation even for the little things.

Our mothers were both altruistic, having very little but still finding ways to share with others. Hence we both are sharers and believe that it takes very little to lend a hand to someone in need. This organization was born out of our collective upbringing that demanded that we find a problem in the world and do our very best to solve it.

The Minnie Bell and Annie Lois Foundation was named for both of our, now deceased amazing mothers who selflessly gave to their children and to anyone they saw in need. Our hope is to take their spirits and that in which they instilled within us and feed and empower as many people that we humanly can. Our goal is to feed 1000 people per year and grow this number as the years pass on. We not only want to feed people that need food but to also empower them with resources to better their lives. We have connected with agencies all over the country who are willing to join forces with our organization to do our part in the fight to end homelessness and disempowerment.
