Meeting Immediate Food Needs
Our Fruit and Veggie Giveaways help address emergency and immediate food accessibility by bringing fresh produce directly into the communities we serve. These distributions provide an additional source of nutritious food for seniors, families, and individuals who may be experiencing food insecurity or an unexpected gap in their household food supply.
By working with community and faith-based partners, we are able to bring food closer to the people who need it--reducing transportation barriers and creating accessible opportunities for neighbors to receive fresh fruits and vegetables.
Our goal is not only to distribute food, but to respond with compassion, dignity and practical support when oor neighbors need us most.
Our Next Step: A Client Choice Food Pantry
While community distributions help us meet immediate needs, our vision extends further.
The Minnie Bell and Annie Lois Foundation is actively seeking a permanent location in Clayton County to establish our very own Client Choice Food Pantry.
A Client Choice Food Pantry allows individuals and families to select their household needs, dietary preferences and family size. Rather than receiving a pre-determined box of food, clients are given greater choice--helping reduce food waste while preserving dignity and independence.
Our future pantry will provide a consistent home for food inventory and allow us to strengthen and expand the food-access programs we already provide throughout the community.
We Are Seeking a Community Partner or Location
We welcome conversations with churches, community organizations, property owners, businesses and other partners who may have suitable space available for our Client Choice Food Pantry
Together, we can create a sustainable place where our neighbors are welcomed, respected and given access to the food they need.

Today, we carry that legacy forward by providing essential life-lines to the Metro Atlanta community, integrating immediate relief with long-term empowerment through our dedicated food pantries and hotline
Our mission extends beyond temporary support, addressing the roots of instability through transitional housing assistance and workplace readiness programs. By fostering a sanctuary of hope and dignity, we help individuals navigate life's most challenging transitions, ensuring the foundation for a resilient and thriving Atlanta for generations to come.
Back to Work Re-entry Program
The Minnie Bell and Annie Lois Foundation is proud to support graduates of the Non Armed Security Guard Certificate Program. In a dedicated partnership with Defencify, our program serves as a critical bridge to employment, providing mentorship and workforce readiness for individuals transitioning into professional security roles across Metro Atlanta.
